Returns:
We have a NO RETURN/NO REFUND POLICY. However, we accept return/replacement/echanged within 7 days from delivery of the product as confirmed by our courier/logistic partners ONLY on the following terms:
- A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected by the user during order confirmation
- If there is any quality or manufacturing defect on the product received by the user
- If the product received by the user is in damaged condition
Note: Color variation or changed your mind cannot be subject to return or rejection of goods or merchandise.
All return claims must be emailed to us on info@visualechoes.in with unboxing video and 3 images of the product (one of the damaged part, one of the entire product & one of the shipment label) for us to ascertain the reason for return. We will then get back to you within 2-3 working days from the date of receipt of email with video & images. In case your return/replacement request is accepted our team, the product will have to be shipped back to us by you. WE DO NOT HAVE A RETURN COURIER SERVICE. The warehouse will then ascertain the reason for return claimed and you will receive an email with acceptance of your return for replacement or refund within 5-7 working days. Please note, replacement or exchange is subject to availability of the product. A product higher in price amount from that to be replaced/exchanged can be chosen.
Important: All products must be returned with its original packing including barcodes, tags, accessories, warranty card, shipping label, invoice etc. The product must be in unused and original condition.
Breakages:
In the case of breakage and/or transit damage, email us the picture of the shipment/product along with a detailed video and the invoice to info@visualechoes.in within 24 hours of receipt of the order and it will be taken care of immediately. We will require the original packing with any foam/bubble wrapping and cushioning (if any) inside for the safe return shipment of the product even if it is broken.
Cancellations:
In any case if you wish to cancel the order placed with us, kindly intimate us within 24 hours of order placement by sending us an email on info@visualechoes.in or contacting us on our helpline number +91-9717055604 (10am-6pm) and we will be happy to assist you.
Refunds:
Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account or via NEFT transfer into the account details submitted in writing through email on info@visualechoes.in. The refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days of acceptance of your return through email by us.
